Titled the Home Renovation Savings Program, this plan highlights rebates of up to 30 percent from energy efficiency related home renovation projects. Specifically, the Home Renovation Saving Program contains a rebate incentive for the installation of new energy efficient doors and windows, at $100 per new window or door.
